Every Indian kitchen, on autopilot.
India has over five lakh organised restaurants. Very few run a connected back office. The rest run on paper, kacha bills and the chef’s memory. We want every one of them to run itself.
Four ideas we build on.
Voice is the right way in for a kitchen
Hands are busy, hygiene matters and typing is slow. A cook should say what came in and move on, in English, Hindi, Punjabi or any of 22 Indian languages.
WhatsApp is where the kitchen already lives
Every supplier, manager and franchisee is on WhatsApp. We join that conversation: an order goes out as a message, not a portal invite.
The back office should be invisible
The owner sees one feed. Plate 8 runs the daily loop and only asks when a decision is needed, running on its own within a quarter of going live.
Built for India first
Kacha bills, cash purchases, GST, owners with many brands and festival rushes don't fit a western template. We start here, and grow from here.
